Soil Densification

Soil Densification should not be limited to foundation raising or support. There are many other residential hardscapes which can benefit from the technology such as; pool decks, garage floors, patios, sidewalks, driveways, porches, etc. Often times these hardscapes are installed on poorly consolidated backfill during construction. Typically, as soils consolidate and compress the hardscape components settle and then often later, the slabs are raised. However, the slab raising process only treats the symptoms of settlement not the causes. Often times the process is repeated after only a few years as the poorly consolidated soils continue to compress.

By injecting the soils with a high density, rapidly expanding Geo-Polymer foam, weak soils densified minimizing the effects of soil consolidation.
